At least a bachelor's degree in English Language or Japanese Language
Overseas learning or working experience is a plus
Minimum 10 years experience in translation of documents,
Advanced Computer, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency,
Must be self-directed, proactive, detail oriented, organized and have the ability to prioritize constantly changing assignments,
General understanding of international business cultures,
Able to work from own home
Multiple foreign language skills are a plus,
Must be available to work long hours and occasional weekends to meet project schedules |

Develop new business opportunities within our current clientele,
Develop a pipeline of potential clients,
Ensure follow-ups are scheduled and conducted in a timely manner,
Create effective approaches to closing new business in response to web-generated inquiries,
Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in sales and business development activities,
Minimum 5 years experience in personnel management duties,
Pleasant, positive, outgoing personality,
Advanced Computer, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency,
Must demonstrate superior problem solving and critical thinking skills,
Must be self-directed, proactive, detail oriented, organized and have the ability to prioritize constantly changing assignments,
General understanding of international business cultures,
Able to travel to regional offices for review and training activities,
